This is an excellent treadmill for the money, it has never been used, it is new straight out of the box. It has adjustable speed from 1.0 mph to 10 mph in .1 increments, easy to read and well marked controls.  Readouts for speed, fat burned, calories burned, speed of belt distance travelled and time of session. with a pulse monitor. It has a safety key that is necessary to operate the unit and which clips to you for emergency shut-off. If you want to pause a session you push the stop button and all read-outs are frozen. If you pull the safety key the unit stops and the readout goes blank. The belt platform folds up fo storage in case it is necessary. This is a very solid unit with great reviews on line, you can expect to get much use out of it.
